With us, you will have the chance to make a real difference – for our residents, visitors, employees, and the community at large.

You will lead a team of dedicated employees. We offer a visible role in an organization with short decision-making paths and high engagement. We are driven by the desire to challenge, develop, and support children, youth, adults, and the elderly, contribute to an active leisure time, and create hope for the future. We are responsible for libraries, elderly homes, open preschool, meeting places, swimming and sports halls, as well as leisure clubs and community centers. We also run Västerås's largest independent preschool, restaurant, group homes, and maintain exercise trails and parks.

Our focus is to create an attractive and sustainable environment to live and thrive in together with residents, community organizations, and partners.

Since 2000, we have managed housing governed by LSS legislation. Additionally, we have been operating an elderly home and service house with 18 places since 1993.

We have a strong focus on collaboration between our operations. In this role, you will therefore work to implement projects between people with disabilities and the elderly, as well as preschools, leisure clubs, swimming halls/sports halls, libraries, open preschools, and our meeting place.
